We had Jenna's 3rd birthday at Pump It Up on Saturday. All the kids had great time and loved it! She got TONS of gifts! And I have to add that we went to the denist today and Jenna sat up in the chair and let them clean her teeth and put floride on them! If you have been around Jenna for 2 minutes you know that this is a Miracle! We were very, very proud of her. She is growing up very quickly.

Play Ball

My sweet baby boy started playing t-ball today. I cannot believe that he is old enough for this! It was the cutest thing I have ever seen. He is one of the youngest on his team and alot of them have played before so they know what they are doing, but he definetly did not. While he was standing in the field looking around I had the feeling we should have prepared him a little more. I don' t think he has ever even seen a baseball game being played (since he was a baby). He hit really well and tried to run really fast. But he never even tried to go after the ball and then when it was time to leave he was very upset that he never got to catch the ball. We will be practicing at home this week :0) He has another practice next Friday night and then we will find out when the first game is. I have to admit that I was a little teary eyed watching today, but I held it together!

Klug family update

Jenna's preschool class has been talking about clowns this week and today they painted their faces like clowns. Jenna loved it and didn't want it washed off!

Alaina is getting so big. I can't even change her anymore without a wrestling match. She is constantly turning over and grabbing things.

She sits in her bath seat and takes a bath with CJ and Jenna now. When Daddy gets home I think we will start bathing just Jenna and Alaina together (CJ will probably not like having to go my himself). But for now this is much faster!

Emily got her hair cut again. She won't take care of it so I tell her that if she doesn't we will have to cut it short. Now she asks me if we can just cut it off so that she doesn't have to take care of it! What do you do?

This is Jenna's new Cherry blossom market with accessories - she got it after a VERY traumatizing visit to the dentist (she had to be restrained on a swadling board for about 20 min while they bonded her front teeth that had chipped) It was awful - for both of us!

My computer has been having issues but I bought a laptop and hopefully now we can keep up with the blog a little better!

This is Chris' pull up bar in the garage....CJ can't quite do it yet but he sure tries.

Emily can do it! She can reach up with her arms all the way over her head and pull herself completely up!

Alaina can sit up with the boppy pillow around her, but still leans a little too far forward sometimes when she wants to reach something.

Update...

Just an update to let everyone know what's been going on here - Emily had her school's 2nd 9 weeks award ceremony today and she received awards for perfect attendance and for being on the principal's list (straight A's). I can't find my camera or I would be posting the pics from the ceremony. Maybe later...

Also, Chris is leaving on Feb 19th for 6 weeks to go to NCO (non commissioned officer) academy in Montgomery, Alabama. He has to go to this before he will be eligible to promote again. We still haven't heard about our next asssignment, but hopefully good news will be coming soon! We do know that no matter what we will be moving from here sometime between October and Dec of this year....to somewhere!

We have had someone that we know say that they are interested in buying our house as a rental property and letting us rent it until we move, so please pray about that. This is a MAJOR source of stress for me because until this came up I had no idea how we were going to sell this house. The market here has gone down drastically in the last 3 months and our house is now worth less that we paid for it 3 years ago. Which makes it hard to sell and pay realtor fees and everything else. Anyway, they say that God will give you even better than you ask for and since we were only asking to sell it (knowing we would have to shell out at least $5000 out of pocket to do so) and now this has come along, I would have to agree. But we will continue to pray about it and see what He brings.

When I find my camera I will post some pics of the kids sometime this weekend....maybe!

Halleluiah, Halleluiah, Halleluiah!!!

It is FINALLY Monday and school is back! I had my MOPS (mothers of preschoolers) meeting this morning, Emily is school and CJ and Jenna had preschool. All is right with the world! I LOVE my kids, but after an entire week at home together with nowhere to go and nothing to do (the whole town shut down with the weather) we were all ready for some time apart!
